This article describes comparative evaluation of technologic lubricants, which are used at cold rolling mills, particularly, at the cold rolling mill 1700 in CRS-2 of JSC “AMT”. The quality and properties of technological lubricants have main influence on the quality of rolled metal and parameters of rolling process. Method for the assessment of technologic lubricants for cold rolled sheets with the criterion of efficiency is described. The evaluation of lubricants, currently used or tested once on the cold rolling mill 1700 in JSC “AMT” is described . Revealed that more effective lubricants than the reference – Kvakerol 671 is not observed. The less effective lubricants are: Efirol-VP 5%, AKTO – 5%, Emulsol – 5%. The effect of various lubricants on technological parameters on the rolling mill 1700 of JSC “AMT” is considered. Describes the method of assessment of technological lubricants for cold rolling sheets using the systematic criteria. An assessment lubricants, currently used or tested at some time in the cold rolling mill 1700 strips in JSC "ArcelorMittal Temirtau". Revealed that more effective lubricants than the reference - Kvakerol 671, is not observed. A less efficient lubricants are the following: B-5 Efirol% Akto - 5% and Emulsol-T 5%. The effect of various process lubricants on technological parameters of the rolling mill at 1700 JSC "ArcelorMittal Temirtau".
